Key Responsibilities : Identify and secure new business within the TES industry. Conduct client visits to promote company services and provide tailored staffing solutions. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present quotations and service proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations, and Finance) to ensure client needs are effectively met. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry-related functions to build brand visibility. Requirements : Minimum 23 years experience in sales, preferably within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) or labour broking industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of staffing solutions and labour legislation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport. (Must Have) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Attributes : Target-driven and self-motivated. Professional, confident, and well-presented.
