About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Decentralized Finance (De Fi) Developer to join their innovative team in Mahikeng. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying smart contracts and applications that power the next generation of financial services on the blockchain. This role requires a deep understanding of crypto markets, De Fi protocols, and a passion for building secure and efficient decentralized systems. You will play a key role in shaping our offerings within the rapidly expanding blockchain finance sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts for De Fi applications (e.g., lending, borrowing, exchanges, yield farming). Design and implement tokenomics models and incentive structures. Integrate with existing De Fi protocols and blockchain networks. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for smart contracts and d Apps. Collaborate with front-end developers to create user-friendly interfaces for De Fi products. Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and security considerations in the De Fi and crypto space. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on blockchain and smart contracts (Solidity preferred). Proven experience in developing and deploying De Fi applications or protocols. Solid understanding of financial markets, economic principles, and risk management in a crypto context. Familiarity with Web3 libraries, tools, and blockchain explorers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Mahikeng.
