The Setup : Your Hybrid Hustle You need to be disciplined enough to switch between "School Mode" and "Agency Mode." On-Site @ A primary school (Westdene) : 4 Half-Days per week. Remote @ Idea Pioneers : 5 Half-Days per week. (Total : A standard full-time work week, just with way more variety.) PART 1 : THE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE Mission : Capture the Magic Keep the Ship Sailing You are the eyes and ears of the school. Your goal is to show the world how amazing our community is. Content Storytelling (The Fun Stuff) Be the Lens : Capture those unscripted, adorable moments of students and teachers. (You need to be comfortable hanging out with kids and getting them to smile). Video Star : Film and edit the weekly second Reels / TikToks that stop the scroll. Design Wizardry Create cool graphics for events, Digital Flipbooks (1 / month), and QR codes. Marketing Hype (The Growth Stuff) Show us off : Help with school tours for prospective parents. (Don't worry, we'll coach you until you're a pro). Spread the word : Compile the newsletter, chat with local pre-schools, and help us market our awesome events. Follow up : When parents enquire, you're the friendly voice following up.
