Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience Prior customer service, healthcare support, or data entry experience preferred. Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
