Key Responsibility Areas Provide MHR placement services to clients. Placement administration of panel members. Required Education Essential Education: Grade 12. Desired Education: Diploma/Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA). Required Experience Essential Minimum Experience: None. Desired Experience: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry. Required Job Skills and Knowledge MS Office (e.g., Excel – look up, pivot tables, filters; Word – letters). Nursing and admin structures and scope of practices. Good understanding of the relevant legislation (e.g., BCEA, LRA) and ability to apply it in the workplace.
