Actuarial Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage actuarial consulting and statutory projects.
  • Conduct reserving, statutory valuations, and SAM Pillar I.
  • Perform product pricing, design, and capital modeling.
  • Support the Head of Actuarial Function/Appointed Actuary.
  • Prepare ORSAs, FCRs, and IFRS 17 reviews.
  • Train and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Actuarial Science.
  • Over 5 years of experience in life actuarial work or a similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of actuarial software.
  • Ability to manage changing projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new methods and processes.
  • Commitment to delivering work within agreed deadlines and scope.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • ASSA/IFoA Fellowship.
