Sales Trainee – Consumer Goods

Job Summary SysTechCare Support is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Consumer Goods division as Sales Trainees. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to enter the fast-paced world of sales within the consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands‑on exposure to sales processes, client interactions, and market development strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales while working with a supportive team and high-performing brand. Key Responsibilities Assist senior sales representatives in planning and executing sales strategies. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow up with prospects. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. Visit retail outlets or contact potential customers (as applicable). Support promotional activities and new product launches. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and customer benefits. Achieve assigned targets under guidance and track progress using CRM tools. Prepare sales reports and document client feedback. Participate in on-the-job training, sales workshops, and team meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English; knowledge of local / regional languages is an advantage. Experience No prior experience required. Internship or academic exposure to sales, marketing, or retail is a plus. Fresh graduates and final‑year students are encouraged to apply. Working Hours Monday to Friday : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Occasional weekend assignments depending on sales events or client availability. Flexible hours may apply during training or fieldwork. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of basic sales concepts and customer service principles. Ability to analyze market trends and client requirements. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in teams.
