CHEF / LECTURER We are looking for a creative, innovation and passionate Chef to join our Training team as a lecturer and facilitator. We offer professional Culinary Arts qualifications, specialised skills and hospitality qualifications, including casual training. Job Relevant Experience 2 - 3 years experience in the Food Industry 1 - 2 years lecturing experience 1 - 2 years in business would be beneficial Knowledge English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar. Knowledge in training students via written, oral, practical and visual media Experience in managing and operating online learning platforms Solid knowledge on Health, Safety and Food Regulations and Practices Experience and knowledge in Kitchen management Experience and knowledge in Culinary preparations and Cooking techniques Skills Excellent communication and training delivery skills Computer and literacy (Microsoft Office, internet, emails, graphic capabilities) Business communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and problem solving) Human perceptiveness (being aware of people's reactions, emotions and interpretations) Learning strategies (using the correct and appropriate training and instructional methods and procedures when teaching) Critical thinking (using logic and reasoning to identify conclusions or approaches to problems) Active learning (assessing new information for problem-solving and decision-making) Strong planning, administration and organisational skills Other Requirements Valid driver's license Physically and mentally fit Multi-tasking capabilities Remuneration based on industry experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
