We are hiring an Engineering Manager who drives accountability for the design and development of internal products, upholds high engineering standards, continuously develops the skills of direct reports, and delivers results. This role is part of the Commercial Systems unit, which consists of six engineering teams that collaborate closely with other engineering and business groups. The Business Systems team, responsible for NetSuite, Salesforce, and related systems, works closely with operations to implement business processes and keep systems compliant. It offers a unique opportunity for a technical leader passionate about business understanding and creating first‑class employee experiences. Location : Remotely based in the EMEA region.
