Job DescriptionClydesdale is looking for an Ecommerce officer that will be responsible for growing online arts and crafts store and craft community-based manufacturer and distributor.
Duties & Responsibilities Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals to drive online sales and improve customer experience Manage Online Sales Channels: Oversee the company's website, social media, and online marketplaces to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for advertising and promotions to maximize return on investment Data Analysis: Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge Google analytics: help track and report website traffic, user behavior, and other web analytics data Desired Experience & Qualification EducationMatric with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required.
ExperiencePrevious experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is essential.
Skills: Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and data analysis tools. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are also important #J-18808-Ljbffr
