Overview Our client is looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Learning Specialist to configure and customise high-impact Learning solutions that fuel talent development across global automotive operations. Step into a pivotal role where you become the SAP Learning expert behind mission‑critical HR systems‑driving qualification management learning strategy and employee growth across international markets. Position Details Contract: 01 March 2026 – 31 December 2028 Experience: 4‑6 years related experience Commencement: 01 March 2026 Location: Hybrid – Midrand / Menlyn / Rosslyn / Home Office rotation Team: SAP Engineering – Talent Management (Learning & Development) Responsibilities Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Learning to meet business requirements. Execute functional testing and system integration testing to ensure high‑quality software standards. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes. Create and update knowledge base articles. Troubleshoot issues as part of the third‑level team. Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work. Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. Learning and talent development process knowledge. Routinized use of JIRA, xRay, and Confluence. Exposure to Agile methodologies. Strong commitment to quality. Technical knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC). Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting). Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio. Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors. Exposure to multinational work environments. Skills Requirements Ability to work as part of a team. Self‑managed / self‑starter. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Problem‑solving capabilities. Above‑board work ethics. Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project. Legal and Work Eligibility South African citizens / residents are preferred.
