  • Ensure that accurate briefs are taken, that these briefs are efficiently and effectively communicated to the relevant internal “output” departments, and that the necessary action is taken within the best possible time frame.
  • Ensure that a cost estimate is issued and approved prior to any work being completed
  • Ensure that the creative output result reflects the clients brief and our best interpretation of that brief as well as our best calibre of work.
  • Where possible, ensure that our efforts are measurable and develop tools to measure the impact our efforts have on our client’s businesses and present those measures to our clients.
  • Project management
  • Ensure that the budget is managed carefully (and never exceeded without express permission) and that we have approval in writing before proceeding with any promotion
  • Ensure all work is invoiced for when necessary and that all billings are kept up-to-date at all times
  • Careful following of company internal processes to ensure timely delivery and ensure all relevant administrative actions are taken (CERF’s, SO’s, PO’s, IRF’s etc).
  • Management of the production team from quality control to timely delivery and installation/take down.
