Responsibilities Manage Profitability – Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company goals. Planning and Budgeting – Forecast sales targets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Manage procurement, stock control, and merchandising; maintain stock variances. Reporting and Operation Analysis – Provide feedback to finance team on branch performance. Customer Service – Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and stakeholders; address escalated customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Accountable for day‑to‑day operations – Oversee daily sales operations. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations. People Management – Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team; cultivate a high‑performance, collaborative sales culture that promotes excellence and accountability. Legislative compliance and corporate governance.
