Role Description The Application Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of all radiology applications and software related to Lomaen Medical's product range. The role focuses on training, supporting, and upskilling internal teams and clients to ensure optimal use of medical imaging systems. The Application Specialist bridges product functionality with user needs by providing expert application training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to enhance overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Objectives Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of all imaging applications and software. Deliver effective, structured training programs to internal teams and clients. Strengthen collaboration between sales, technical, and service teams to enhance customer experience. Develop efficient and innovative training materials and delivery methods. Provide product feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in applications and technology. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for all application-related matters. Learn, master, and demonstrate all applications associated with Lomaen Medical's equipment. Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, workshops, and webinars for staff and clients. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, videos, and presentations. Assist sales staff with demonstrations and application-based product presentations to clients. Collaborate closely with the technical team during installations and product setups. Evaluate new equipment and software applications for suitability and compatibility. Provide‑sales application support and assist with troubleshooting and escalations. Relay client feedback, suggestions, and insights to the product development and quality teams. Represent Lomaen Medical at conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to demonstrate solutions and engage with clients. Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years' experience as a Radiographer, Radiology Technologist, or in a similar clinical or application-based role within the medical imaging field. Technical Skills Strong understanding of medical imaging systems, software, and workflow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology systems. Ability to absorb and convey complex technical information effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities. High level of professionalism and customer‑centric approach. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
