Build across tech stacks : AWS (Terraform), Python services, custom front-ends (various JS frameworks), native Android, and Zoho Creator (Deluge). (Both) Own commercial outcomes : Go beyond coding to move business goals forward. (Both) Empathize with end users : Design for customers with diverse contexts and constraints; challenge your assumptions. (Both) Coach & uplift the team : Share good practices, review code, and contribute to developer culture. (Both) Feature ownership with support : Take end-to-end ownership of features/services, collaborating closely with seniors on design and delivery. (Mid-only) Architecture & DevOps leadership : Lead the design of web/native systems with complex integrations for resilience, scalability, and efficiency. (Senior-only) People development : Mentor, guide, and help level-up engineers; influence standards and ways of working. (Senior-only) What would make you ideal for the position? Education : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). (Both) Front-end/UX : Experience with a front-end framework (Vue a plus) or UX sensibilities. (Both) DevOps & quality : Exposure to TDD, cloud architecture (AWS a plus), and building solid developer workflows. (Both) Backend competency : Comfortable implementing services with FastAPI (or similar) and managing databases; ready to stretch into broader DevOps with guidance. (Mid-only) Technical architecture : Proven design of systems (web/native) with complex external integrations; track record of resilient, efficient solutions. (Senior-only) Experience Required: 3–6 years in software development. (Mid-only) 6+ years in software development.
