Concept Artist Volunteer

We are seeking a talented and creative Concept Artist Volunteer to join our team. As a Concept Artist, you will play a crucial role in visualizing and conceptualizing ideas, characters, environments, and assets for our project.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine concepts for characters, creatures, environments, props, and other visual elements.
Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and digital paintings that effectively communicate the visual direction, mood, and aesthetic of the project.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team, incorporating changes and improvements as needed.
Work closely with the Art Director and other team members to ensure consistency and coherence in the visual style and storytelling.
Research and gather reference materials to inform concept designs and ensure accuracy and authenticity.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in concept art and visual development.
Qualifications:

Proficient artistic skills with a strong foundation in drawing, sketching, and painting.
Experience with digital art software such as Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, and color theory.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas and concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote team environment.
Portfolio showcasing a range of concept art work, including character designs, environments, and props.
