Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and other analytics tools to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data, as well as developing reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and process large volumes of data from various sources;
Develop, manage, and improve reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest optimizations to company results;
Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and relevant insights;
Support management in data analysis routines using Power BI;
Provide user support for Power BI tool usage;
Manage user access to folders and documents;
Maintain good communication with internal clients and management;
Assist during certification and audit periods;
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the data analytics field.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power tools (Advanced Power BI, Intermediate Power Automate);
Strong knowledge of M and DAX languages (Power Query and Power BI);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Proficiency in SharePoint and OneDrive tools;
Knowledge of Google Sheets (Google Sheets and Forms);
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load);
Experience with documentation;
Expertise in data modeling and table relationships;
Experience with results management and KPIs.

Preferred Skills (Differential):
Knowledge and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
Knowledge of Python;
Experience with Google Apps Script;
Knowledge of JavaScript;
Experience with design tools such as Canva and Figma;
Proficiency in Portuguese will be considered a plus but is not mandatory.

Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with internal clients and management;
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
Proactive approach to proposing improvements and seeking technological innovations.
