BRANCH MANAGER

Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a management role, with at least 2 years in retail or branch floor sales. Proven experience in branch or retail management, including sales, procurement, inventory, and personnel management. Knowledge of Steel, Hardware, Industrial Hardware, and Fluid Control products preferred. Strong strategic, operational, and financial planning skills. Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a hands-on approach. Ability to work under pressure and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate; experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems advantageous.
