Job Description As a Business Analyst within the Feature team, you will clarify business requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and product owners to ensure accurate and effective end‑to‑end delivery. You may also assume the role of Scrum Master when required. Qualifications First Degree (Bachelor’s) in Information Technology or related field. 5–7 years of experience in technology, with a strong understanding of Agile, Lean and Scrum practices. Proven experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation, management and analysis of business needs to provide effective solutions.
