What you’ll be doing… You’ll play a central role in designing and delivering scalable data solutions on Databricks. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements, lead solution design, and manage a growing team of developers. Your responsibilities will include: Leading solution design within the existing Databricks data warehouse framework Managing and mentoring a small team of developers (starting with 1–2, scaling to 5–6) Hands‑on development of data pipelines using Python and SQL Making key design decisions around data models and engineering pipelines Collaborating daily in agile ceremonies and cross‑functional meetings Contributing to Snap’s go‑to‑market strategy for Databricks In your first 3–6 months, success might look like: A successful go‑live of a new data product Completion of UAT and stakeholder sign‑off Embedding a new workstream in the customers’ wider program What you’ll need to succeed… We’re looking for someone who brings strategic vision, technical depth, and commercial acumen.
