Join Marios Jewellers as a Jewellery Sales Consultant. Duties & Responsibilities Meet and exceed set sales targets each month. Provide exceptional customer experiences in line with Marios Jewellers standards. Work retail hours. Daily routines: Stock Counts / Follow‑up on consults and services. Desired Experience & Qualifications Experience in fine gold jewellery retail (must). Excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional languages (German/Spanish/Mandarin) is a plus. Tertiary qualification in Jewellery Design, Social Degree, or Business Degree is beneficial. 2+ Years in the Fine Gold Jewellery Retail Space. Deep understanding of Precious Metals and Gem Stones (especially Diamonds). Goals and Objectives We're seeking an individual with a deep understanding of jewellery and the ability to translate clients' desires into bespoke masterpieces. Primary Objectives Sketch bespoke jewellery pieces during sales consultations. Additional Responsibilities (Optional) Sell off‑shelf Gold and Diamond Products. Sell Bespoke Jewellery Pieces. Achieve personal incentive targets. Key Responsibilities Foster and maintain strong customer relationships. Showcase and sell our diverse range of jewellery to new and existing clients. Exceed individual sales targets through dedication and expertise. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends. Participate actively in ongoing product training and development. Daily routines: Banking, Stock Counting, House Keeping. Qualifications Experience in Jewellery design is advantageous. Proven track record in Jewellery Selling in the Jewellery Retail Industry (ideal, but not required). Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with customers. Must have 2+ Years in the Fine Gold Jewellery Retail Space. Deep understanding of Gem Stones and Precious Metals. Matric or Tertiary Education is a must. Package & Remuneration Market‑related salary and added lucrative commission structure(s). Incentives Four concurrent incentive schemes: weekly, monthly, store target incentives.
