Hi I’m Amy, Head of DVM Elite. We help veterinary practices grow through simple, practical systems that boost client experience and improve their day‑to‑day operations. Over the years, we’ve built a strong community of vet owners who trust us to guide them with marketing, team training, and proven business support. We’re a fully remote, global team of eight, working fast and focused on real progress—not big talk or fancy strategy decks. About the role We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, is deeply operational, and loves ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You should keep momentum high, enjoy moving every lead and project forward, and nudge the team—including me—when attention is needed. Keep the full sales pipeline moving smoothly from new lead to closed deal. Coordinate daily actions and keep calendars aligned so closers always walk into calls fully prepared. Oversee campaign execution by pulling lists, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring everything is sent on time. Maintain strong follow‑up systems, recycle leads, and ensure every contact has a clear next step. Deliver weekly action‑focused reports showing what moved forward, what’s stuck, and what needs attention. This is a full‑time role, working directly with me and our global remote team. Requirements To excel in this role, you need: Strong follow‑through. Thrives on getting things done. Comfortable respectfully pushing the CEO and sales team. Experience supporting a closer. Webinar and event workflow experience. Experience in remote teams. You’re the ideal candidate if you’re persistent, checklist‑driven, action‑oriented, and never overwhelmed by moving parts. You’re a go‑getter who keeps projects advancing and isn’t afraid to nudge others when something needs to get done. You bring energy, clarity, and steady momentum to the team.
