Responsibilities A client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Dynamics implementation experience as follows: Assist with functional deliverables for an MS Dynamics Finance & Operations implementation Assist the Project Manager with change plans and implementation project plans Host workshops with key stakeholders to define the Business Blueprint (As‑Is, To‑Be) Assess the change impact, i.e. role changes, procedures, policies, governance, etc. Assess the financial controls and risk‑management measures to be implemented Assess the data flows impacted, i.e. how related systems and document flows need to change Ensure change management for the above changes, with timely training and communications Skills Required 6‑7 years’ experience as a BA / Process Engineer on large‑scale ERP implementation projects 2 to 3+ years’ experience implementing Dynamics Finance & Operations (or similar mid‑size complexity ERP systems) Project management and change‑management understanding Some technical experience with data / reporting is ideal (not required) Certifications in BA and change management as well as related B / B.Sc. degree is ideal Work Arrangement This is a 6‑9 month full‑time work contract starting ASAP (Dec/Jan).
