Duties:
  • Understand and document business requirements; prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documentation.

  • Conduct Unit, Regression, System Integration, and Security tests, including result documentation.
  • Prepare user manuals and train business process owners.
  • Plan and execute Go-Live milestones, including migration and post-Go-Live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Analyse and scope End-user authorization roles.
  • Maintain updated system documentation as functionalities evolve.
  • Execute tasks following Agile Methodology and participate in team meetings
