Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C# and related technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product management to design and implement robust solutions.
  • High-Pressure Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.
  • Azure Services: Utilize Microsoft Azure services, including APIs, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Azure Functions/Webjobs, to build and deploy applications.
  • DevOps Practices: Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in C# development.
  • Education: Tertiary qualification (e.g., degree) in software development, IT, or an equivalent field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • C# & .NET Core: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core development.
    • Azure Services: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, APIs, and Entity Framework Core.
    • Azure Functions & Webjobs: Familiarity with Azure Functions and Webjobs.
    • Version Control: Experience with Git for version control.
    • Database Management: Knowledge of MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server.
    • BotFramework: Experience with Microsoft BotFramework, including Bot Framework Emulator.
    • Agile Methodologies: Understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • NuGet, Ngrok, Azure SDK, KQL: Familiarity with these tools and technologies.
    • Design Patterns: Understanding of the Mediator pattern and other design patterns.
Advantageous Skills:
  • Azure Cognitive Services: Experience with Azure Cognitive Services for Language.
  • Automation Tools: Knowledge of Power Automate.
  • .NET Core: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience specifically with .NET Core.
  • Additional Database Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
