Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against KPIs.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and achieve objectives.
  • Oversee budget management, payments, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the successful execution of events and activations, from setup to post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in operations or campaign management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
  • Solid financial understanding and experience with budget management.
  • Must have a valid drivers license, a roadworthy vehicle, and availability to work weekends.
  • Education: A Marketing Diploma or relevant bachelors degree is preferred.
