The Opportunity We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in growing our client base, building strong relationships, and positioning HR Consult as a trusted HR partner to businesses nationwide. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and online research. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos showcasing our HR and compliance services. Understand client needs and recommend tailored HR, IR, and ER solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals effectively. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with our consultants to stay updated on service offerings and market trends. What We’re Looking For ✅ 5+ years of proven sales experience (preferably B2B or professional services). ✅ NQF Level 6 or higher qualification (Business, HR, or related field). ✅ A background or strong interest in HR, ER, or labour consulting. ✅ Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence. ✅ Afrikaans & English speaking. ✅ Confident, professional, and outgoing personality.
