Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialist roles within the financial services sector, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients in the financial services industry, understanding their unique talent needs and market position.
• Proactively identify and engage with high-caliber professionals in areas such as investment banking, asset management, risk management, compliance, and FinTech.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioural and competency-based interviews, to ensure a strong match with client requirements and culture.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and compensation benchmarks within the financial services talent market.
• Achieve and exceed personal placement targets and contribute to the overall success of the financial services division.
• Provide expert market intelligence and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a strong specialization in Financial Services.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in senior and specialist roles within the finance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various sub-sectors within financial services (e.g., banking, insurance, asset management, FinTech).
• Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated experience and comfort working effectively in a remote-first environment, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and professional networking tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry is a plus.
