Senior Architectural Technologist Job category: Senior Architectural TechnologistJob type: Full timeLocation: Pretoria/Waterfall from July 2025Start date: ASAPKey Responsibilities to include: Knowledge and experience in documentation and construction of large-scale mixed use and complex healthcare buildings To produce sketch illustrations in Revit in line with the Architect’s brief for a variety of projects. To produce and co-ordinate council submission documentation, both SDP and Building Plans Produce working drawings, co-ordinated with other disciplines. Attend site meetings and quality control inspections. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction on behalf of Architect. Team player Must be willing to frequently travel Internationally Minimum Criteria and Requirements of Applicants: Minimum Batchelors (Honors) or NQF 7 or 8 (Architecture) Qualification Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience (After Post grad - Healthcare experience a bonus) Registered with SACAP Advanced in use of Revit (certification of such preferable) Complete B+P Revit Assessment with minimum 80% score Advanced knowledge and history of council documentation and submission process Advanced knowledge of technical detailing and construction documents Advanced knowledge of site administration and project management A high standard of communication skills and attention to detail required A commitment to providing excellent client service through efficiency and the quality in production of work Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environment Sufficiently experienced to resolve problems and to make decisions when required Plans and organises workflow and resources to ensure commitments and deadlines are met Build working relationships in project team and with clients Sets a positive example and displays visible loyalty to the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
