We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take full responsibility for managing the operational aspects of Product Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Compliance. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high standards in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Required Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) A relevant tertiary qualification such as a Diploma in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or similar HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 certification (required) Poultry Meat Examiner/Inspector Certificate (preferred) Required Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quality control or quality assurance role. Prior experience in the poultry industry will be a strong advantage. Familiarity with FSSC 22000 systems and implementation is highly beneficial.
