Introduction We are seeking qualified candidates to join our elite VIP Protection team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of high-profile individuals, celebrities, corporate executives, and dignitaries. Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of high-profile individuals, celebrities, corporate executives, and dignitaries. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or executive protection. Proven track record of providing VIP protection services with a focus on discretion, professionalism, and adaptability. Training and Certification: Completion of relevant training programs in VIP protection, security tactics, defensive driving, and first aid/CPR. Possession of valid PSIRA certifications, Competency for business purpose and any related to security operations. Physical Fitness and Agility: Excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that may involve standing, walking, running, and physically demanding situations. Agility and quick reflexes to respond effectively to security threats or emergencies. Security Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment, threat analysis, and security protocols. Familiarity with surveillance techniques, access control, and perimeter defense strategies. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain clear and concise communication under pressure and in high-stress situations. Discretion and Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and always maintain confidentiality. Professional appearance, with the ability to represent the organization and its clients with integrity and respect. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other security personnel, clients, and external stakeholders. Willingness to follow instructions and support team members in achieving common security objectives. Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on client schedules and security needs. Availability for domestic and international travel as required. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and develop effective countermeasures. Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced and unpredictable environments. Ethical Standards: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations governing security operations. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the organization and its clients. Negotiable during interviews and will be dependent on experience. Interested?
