Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, award, and administer contracts, including contract documents, amendments, and notifications.
- Cost Control: Maintain project cost control systems, update projected completion costs, and manage back charges and change controls.
- Contractor Oversight: Verify progress certificates, resolve claims, and evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance.
- Project Coordination: Attend inspections, kick-off, and progress meetings, while managing site instructions and ensuring contract compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain control registers, communicate with head office cost control, and handle any additional contractual or commercial issues.
- A tertiary qualification in a Commercial or Quantity Surveying Field .
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Contract Administration within Commercial fields like Quantity Surveying
- Experience with NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract
- Experience in an EPCM environment
- Experience in evaluating, negotiating and awarding of contracts.
- Good computer literacy skills in MS Office and Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Project would be advantageous but not a requirement
