BASIC JOB SPECS is to manage:Supervision / monitoring of factory operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety Cost control: Raw material & Wastage (Expenses vs budget)Staff: Two shifts, 5 supervisors manage overtimePrecast factory: stairs, beams and lintelsProduction driven ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met. Planning & casting as well as lane strippingManagement and communication to ensure that supervisors, operators and labourers understand the requirements of the daily tasks which have been assigned to themCapturing and reporting of daily progress reportsOHS management ensuring the factory is managed in safe manner DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:At least 8 years relevant experience either in a similar role or as construction manager/foreman at a reputable construction companyKnowledge of concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel and pre-tension steelPreferred knowledge of mechanical equipment including concrete batch plant, saw cutting machines, hydraulic jacks and overhead cranesProficiency using MSWord and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other computer softwareStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong administrative skillsAbility to lead a dynamic teamDeadline and programme driven ability to adhere to time programmesAccurate work under pressure
