Responsibilities:Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend effective, practical solutionsPerform maintenance and repair work to a high standard and within reasonable time framesCarry out advanced removals, replacements, and diagnostic procedures as per daily work ordersAssist managers with workshop operations, including pricing of work orders, requisitioning parts, organizing the workshop, and mentoring junior staffAdhere to all manufacturer specifications, procedures, and quality standardsFollow and enforce all health and safety regulations when operating tools, machinery, and equipmentSupport other service department roles as needed, depending on operational demandsCarry out any additional duties that contribute to customer satisfaction or are assigned by managementAlways deliver outstanding customer serviceAttributes / Competencies:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesCustomer-focused approachAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and presentable appearanceRequirements / Qualifications:RED SEAL Certification â Trade Tested and Certified TechnicianSOLID experience working on Premium Brand Passenger Vehicles as a Qualified Technician in a dealership / automotive environment. Will look at newly qualified candidates as long as they are working for a premium brandProven experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicingProficient with diagnostic tools, software, and technical equipmentExcellent mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid South African Driverâs LicenseAutomotive Dealership experience is ESSENTIAL  Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
