This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a growing industry, with no prior experience requiredPosition Overview:As a Junior Condition Monitoring Technician, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn key condition monitoring techniques. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills required to perform vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and laser shaft alignment on machinery. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who has a technical qualification and is looking for a place to learn and grow.Key Responsibilities:•Learn and assist in vibration data collection and analysis•Perform thermal imaging to assess machinery condition•Assist with laser shaft alignment for equipment optimization•Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure customer satisfaction•Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition•Follow company protocols and safety guidelines during site visits•Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processesNo Prior Experience Required:We offer full training for the role, so previous experience in condition monitoring is not necessary. What matters to us is that you demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the right behaviors to succeed in our team.
