This part-time position is ideal for a female candidate in their early 20s who is looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. Must be based in the Durban area in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Key Responsibilities:- Call, email, and message potential clients to book appointments.- Explain our financial services clearly and answer basic questions.- Confirm that clients meet basic criteria before scheduling.- Keep accurate records of all calls and appointments.- Follow up with interested clients who haven't booked yet.- Work closely with the financial advisers to ensure a smooth process.
