The role includes debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop web interfaces and backend systems using Agile methodologiesPerform debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixingConduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality software deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement enhancementsContribute innovative solutions and process improvementsMinimum RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering from a recognised university35 years of software development experience in one or more of the following: C#, Java, C++, JavaScript35 years of experience with relational databases / SQL35 years of Linux experienceStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a self-directed environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environmentReliable fibre internet connection and backup power for remote workRemote role with 1 in-office day every 4 weeks (JHB, Durban, Cape Town)The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and adaptable.
