Experience & QualificationsDiploma / Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Science, Physiology or related clinical qualificationMinimum 2 - 5 years sales experience in medical devices, clinical support, market access or product managementExperience with pain portfolio will secureStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh-quality communication, presentation, and training skillsExperience engaging with clinical stakeholders and fundersIntermediate proficiency in MS Office, including OutlookValid code 08 drivers license & own transportAble to work afterhours.This role is responsible for providing clinical and technical expertise, supporting market access initiatives, and work closely with sales, regulatory, commercial, and funder stakeholders to ensure optimal product uptake in the Johannesburg territory.Sales & Commercial DevelopmentDrive sales activity across all customer segments, including clinicians, wholesales, private and public hospital groups, and procurement stakeholders.Engage directly with purchasing committees, tender boards, formulary decision-makers and key opinion leaders to maximise product adoptionWork closely with the Sales Teams to identify, pursue, and close commercial opportunities.Support tender submissions, pricing proposals, and strategic selling initiativesContribute to account planning, sales forecasting, and territory development to ensure sustainable revenue growthProduct & Clinical ExpertiseServes as the subject matter expert for clinical products.Deliver clinical training, product demonstrations, and educational support to internal teams and customers.Support clinicians and sales representatives with in-field product queriesFacilitate workshops, training events, and clinical education programmesMarket Access & Reimbursement SupportAssist with coding, reimbursement, and HTA-related submissions for funders and hospital groups, including price file maintenance and implementation.Prepare clinical and technical documentation for product evaluationsEngage with funders, administrators, and managed care organisations to address coding and reimbursement queriesTrack market access progress and report on reimbursement barriersCommercial & Strategic SupportSupport business plans, tenders, pricing structures, and market segmentation projectsConduct competitor and market landscape analysisAssist in product launch readiness and development of clinical positioningContribute to cross-functional commercial initiativesInternal Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the Sales Teams to unlock opportunities and drive product adoptionCollaborate with Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, Training teams, and Customer Services DepartmentProvide structured monthly reports and insights to managementSupport the development of national and regional strategies
