MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Educational background in animal husbandry and livestock management5-10 years proven and successful track record in managing livestock and farming operationPassion for livestock farming and living on farmComputer literateStrong stockmanshipAbility to motivate and work with staffMust be maintenance orientatedValid drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Livestock management (Abiding by management program set) of cattle, sheep and goats health, feed, water, productiveIncluding Breeding, maintain health, assess feed and water resources, assess and maintain camp requirements fencing, water sources, veld regen/grazing management and road, maintaining and improving infrastructure,Meeting KPI set for livestock production and other - improve fertility, mitigate deaths from predators and disease,Ensuring security is in top order work with security company and maintain oversight from security standpoint.Manage human capital and stakeholder involved in operations staff management is key.Record keeping ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted.
