A new and growing Dental Supply Company, representing leading international brands, based in Midrand, Johannesburg, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Telemarketing Assistant to join their team. The company supplies and installs dental chairs and related equipment to practices across South Africa.The ideal candidate will combine strong accounts and invoicing experience with the confidence to engage clients via phone to promote products and generate leads.Key Responsibilities:Handle invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and financial record-keepingCapture and send invoices accurately and on timeMake outbound calls to dental practices to promote products and servicesGenerate leads and secure new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain professional client relationshipsAssist with general office administration and ensure smooth workflowRequirements:Proven experience with accounts, invoicing, and financial adminExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfident and professional phone mannerPrevious telemarketing or sales experience advantageousProficient in Microsoft Office and invoicing softwareSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyOffice-based role – must be able to commute to Midrand (living in Midrand preferred)Salary: R10 000 – R12 000 (negotiable depending on experience)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00This is a great opportunity to grow with a passionate team and be part of an exciting business from the ground up.To apply, please submit your updated CV online.
