• Post job ads: Share job openings on professional sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Screen candidates: Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
• Schedule interviews: Coordinate interview times and communicate with candidates promptly.
• Manage calendars: Keep track of hiring teams schedules and candidate availability.
• Handle administrative tasks: Send bulk emails (e.g., application confirmations, rejection notices) and manage paperwork (e.g., offer letters).
• Coordinate background checks: Facilitate drug tests and background screenings.
• Participate in recruiting events: Represent our company at job fairs and networking events.
• Promote positive candidate experience: Ensure candidates have a smooth and respectful hiring process.

• 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter: Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using recruiting software and online platforms.
• Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Organizational abilities: Juggle multiple calendars and tasks.
• Problem-solving aptitude: Address challenges during the recruitment process.
• Critical-thinking skills: Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
