Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Staff management
- Stock management
- Opening and closing of the kitchen
- Health, Safety and hygiene standards
- Training, mentoring and upskilling of junior staff
- Running the pass and coordinating service
- General administration (stock takes / procurement)
- In the absence of the head chef - oversight of the kitchen
- Culinary diploma
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate
- Own reliable vehicle is Advantageous
- 4 years in a similar role
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor
- Numerical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Reliable
- Willing to work extended hours
