Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Staff management
  • Stock management
  • Opening and closing of the kitchen
  • Health, Safety and hygiene standards
  • Training, mentoring and upskilling of junior staff
  • Running the pass and coordinating service
  • General administration (stock takes / procurement)
  • In the absence of the head chef - oversight of the kitchen
Qualifications:
  • Culinary diploma
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Computer literate
  • Own reliable vehicle is Advantageous
  • 4 years in a similar role
