About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to represent their brand in Welkom . This role is centered on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that offer protection and peace of mind. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting insurance products, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking and client referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their financial and insurance requirements.
- Present and explain various insurance products, highlighting benefits and coverage details.
- Generate quotes, complete applications, and guide clients through the policy purchase process.
- Maintain client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Must possess relevant industry certifications or be willing to obtain them.
