Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports
- Consolidation of multiple local and international entities
- US GAAP reporting and compliance
- SOX compliance, testing, and control monitoring
- Technical accounting research and implementation of accounting standards
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualified CA(SA)
Strong exposure to US GAAP
Experience working within a SOX-controlled environment
