Minimum Requirements:
  1. More than 2 years experience in a similar position
  2. A+, N+ or MCDST certificates
  3. Experience with Active Directory and SAP

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff
  • Install software, hardware and assist with network issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Install and configure computers and peripherals
  • Update software
  • Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls
