If youre passionate about robust software design and eager to contribute to meaningful fintech solutions, this is the role for youKey Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain financial software applications using Delphi/Object Pascal.Collaborate with analysts and other developers to define, design, and implement system enhancements.Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of existing applications.Integrate applications with databases and third-party APIs for seamless data flow.Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with development standards.Job Experience and Skills Required:Education:A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.Experience:Minimum of 35 years experience in Delphi development, ideally within a financial or fintech environment.Strong experience in database integration (Firebird, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).Experience working on financial systems or ERP applications will be highly advantageous.Skills:Proficiency in Delphi/Object Pascal, RAD Studio, and VCL/FMX frameworks.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycles.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and client-server application design.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Other Requirements:Available immediately or on short notice.Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Apply nowFor more exciting IT and fintech opportunities, please visit:
