Job Title: CRM and Data Specialist (Attio)
Location: Remote — Latin America, South Africa and Europe
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule with overlap during US Central business hours.

About the Role
Build reliable CRM processes, clean legacy data and create reporting that helps teams make decisions. This role combines hands-on CRM administration with workflow automation and practical analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure and manage modern CRM systems.
- Design automated workflows using native CRM tools, Zapier, Make or APIs.
- Clean legacy CRM records and improve database consistency.
- Build clear automated dashboards for decision-makers.
- Document processes and communicate changes to users.
Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience with a modern CRM.
- Practical experience building CRM workflows and integrations.
- Strong data cleanup and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Availability for overlap with US Central business hours.
Nice-to-Haves
- Direct Attio experience; HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce experience with the ability to learn Attio is also relevant.
