Commercial Manager

Minimum requirements: Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field5 Years experience in a senior commercial/management role within hospitality, ideally lodge or resort environmentStrong background in revenue management, sales, and marketingFinancial acumen with proven ability to meet and exceed targetsBasic computer literacyValid drivers license Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business goalsDrive revenue growth across accommodation, food and beverage, and other revenue streamsOversee sales, marketing, and business development initiativesManage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Identify new opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activityMaintain strong relationships with partners, travel trade, and key clientsLead, mentor, and develop the commercial teamConsultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
