Our client is offering an exciting IT Support Trainee position based in Tembisa . This hybrid role provides a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in information technology support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Support the IT team in managing network infrastructure and ensuring system security.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference and training purposes.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously update technical knowledge on emerging IT trends.
Requirements
- A keen interest in IT and a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when required.
