Responsibilities
- General Cleaning
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitize and polish offices furniture, common areas, passages, boardrooms, ablutions, kitchens, and reception areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies such as toilet paper.
- Empty trash bins, replace trash bags, and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and stationery.
- Report maintenance issues (leaks, broken furniture, electrical faults).
- Clean kitchen areas including appliances, countertops and cupboards.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other office furniture.
- Follow health and safety regulations and best practice to prevent accidents and contamination.
- Operate cleaning equipment i.e. vacuum cleaners, trolleys, and carpet floor cleaning equipment.
